pnlwin Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and pnlwin ("we," "us," "the Platform"). Minors are strictly prohibited from using pnlwin under any circumstance. If pnlwin becomes aware that a minor has registered or made a deposit, the account will be immediately closed, all associated funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

Each eligible individual may register only one pnlwin account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or using another person's information — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held in any related accounts.

During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share your username or password with any other person.
• Notify pnlwin immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Update your account details promptly if any of your registered information changes.

pnlwin is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure. Any bet or transaction made using your login credentials will be considered valid, even if you did not personally initiate it.

pnlwin may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process and is required before large withdrawals can be processed.

All financial transactions on pnlwin are conducted in Philippine pesos (₱). pnlwin accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: Most deposit methods at pnlwin reflect instantly or within a few minutes. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are shown on the Deposit and Withdrawal page. pnlwin does not charge fees on incoming deposits, though your payment provider may have their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect the integrity of pnlwin player accounts. Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times that vary by payment provider.

KYC requirements: pnlwin reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to a third-party account under any circumstances.

• pnlwin may impose withdrawal limits per transaction or per period.
• Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• If there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, pnlwin may delay a withdrawal pending investigation.

All bets placed on pnlwin are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or event in addition to these general Terms. Players are responsible for understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the pnlwin system. A bet placed during a technical error or system failure is not considered valid until confirmed.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds shown on the bet slip at the moment of confirmation are the final locked odds.
• pnlwin reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were the result of a manifest error, including incorrect odds due to technical faults, data feed errors, or human error in price setting.
• In-play bets are accepted up to the point at which the pnlwin system closes the market. Once a market is suspended, no new bets can be placed on that selection.
• Bets placed on abandoned or postponed events will be handled in accordance with the event-specific rules published for each sport or game type.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets. These limits are determined by pnlwin at its discretion and may vary based on the event, player account history, or market conditions.

For card games including Tongits, the specific game rules published on the relevant pnlwin game page govern gameplay. In any conflict between general betting rules and specific game rules, the specific game rules take precedence.

pnlwin offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the Promotions page. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the terms applicable to that promotion.

General bonus rules that apply to all pnlwin promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements specify the minimum total amount that must be bet using the bonus before withdrawal becomes eligible. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires ₱5,000 in qualifying bets.
• Only bets placed on eligible games at or above the minimum stated odds contribute toward wagering requirements.
• Each eligible player may claim a specific promotion only once unless the promotion is explicitly described as recurring.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pnlwin and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Registering or maintaining more than one pnlwin account.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using or attempting to use automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with any part of pnlwin.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, match manipulation, or insider betting.
• Colluding with other players in card games, including Tongits, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the pnlwin platform.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks on deposits after play has commenced.
• Using pnlwin for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Sharing login credentials with another person or allowing another individual to operate your account.
• Threatening, harassing, or verbally abusing pnlwin staff or other players in any communication channel.

pnlwin cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Where illegal activity is suspected, pnlwin will preserve all relevant account data and transaction records and disclose them as required by law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pnlwin platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes as permitted under these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any pnlwin content without prior written consent.
• Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on any pnlwin content.
• Use any pnlwin brand, trademark, or logo in any context not expressly authorised by pnlwin.
• Scrape, extract, or otherwise harvest data from the pnlwin platform using automated tools.

Unauthorised use of pnlwin's intellectual property may give rise to legal claims for damages and is a violation of Philippine and international intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pnlwin shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or winnings arising from a technical error, service interruption, or data transmission failure.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pnlwin platform.
• Any action taken by pnlwin in good faith based on information provided by you during registration or verification.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

pnlwin provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from errors or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.
